Every batch passes five-stage control.
Raw material intake
The grade and thickness of the incoming coil are checked and documents accepted.
Galvanizing
The zinc coating is applied by regime, evenly and under supervision.
Zinc measurement
Coating thickness is measured with instruments and logged per batch.
Cutting
Profile size and geometry are controlled; edges come out straight.
Final control
The finished product is inspected and issued with a passport.

- A quality measurement is logged for every batch
